The Flavor Savors rockin' the lip scarf
Fellow mustached men,
We are currently in the first stage of mustache growing known as the "mustache incubation period."
For those that are new to the scene, this is a two to three week period at the beginning of growth
that can be very difficult to understand.
You will experience feelings and sensations that might seem unusual for a first time grower.
Symptoms may include itchiness of the upper lip, warmth of the upper lip, an ability to look more
attractive with longer hair, an ability to look more attractive period.
You may also notice a subtle rise in confidence levels, chicks being more interested in you,
the desire to do more Ron Burgundy impressions, a certain swagger in your step, a need to wear larger
collared shirts with gold chains and maybe some white slip on shoes... these are all normal and do not feel
like you're alone. It's also important to note that not everyone will be so successful with their
mustache growth. For some, it could take a few more weeks or even months to see the beginnings of a true
John Oates quality stache. You should know that not all of The Flavor Savers are able to grow so easily and
there's one stache in the picture above that took 2 months, mustache fetilizer,
and lots of in-the-mirror stare down time.
Plus we give each other a good helping of encouragement on a daily basis to keep our spirits high.
Keep pushing that stache and we'll talk soon.

Ladies and gentlemen, upper lip sweater sporters, Tom Selleck fans, mustache riders and wearers, my name is Romeo DanceCheetah and it is my honor to welcome you to the first week of Mustaches vs Cancer and the very beginning of mustache growing season. Some quick background on me, I am an avid supporter of the mustache community. I perform with a mustache based band called
The Flavor Savers via Chicago and I am the current US air guitar champion, a mustache friendly competition. Those that are familiar with The Flavor Savers know that we are an authority on the stache, its history, and its many uses in today's society. We are fierce samurais in this ancient battle against cancer and have chosen the stache as our sword. Therefore it is our duty to share our knowledge with its community and promote its growth around the world.
We will share updates, growing tips, and personal experiences with all of you via video and written word in the coming months. Growing a mustache is a very hairy endeavor, and it is important to have support from others and encouragement. We are here for you, so check in on this website frequently for a weekly dose of Flavor Saver lip service. You are all brave warriors to take up arms and join this battle against cancer. The Flavor Savers salute you. Good luck!
